About the event
Join us for a hands-on, small-group Woodworking Club!
During this hands-on, two-week woodworking workshop, children will follow a simple blueprint to build and personalize their own small decorative wooden harvest wagon. Along the way, they’ll practice measuring, sanding, hammering, using screws, following directions, and solving problems as their project comes together one piece at a time.
What we’ll do each week:
10/6 WEEK 1: BLUEPRINT, TOOLS & BUILDING
Children will begin by learning basic workshop and tool safety, including how to use a child-sized hammer and screwdriver responsibly. Together, we’ll explore a simple wagon blueprint, identify each part of the project, and discuss how all the pieces fit together.

Registration includes two 1½-hour classes, all building materials, safety glasses, a personalized apron, two wooden pumpkins, and a small decorative harvest wagon engraved with your child’s name.
